Ms. №54, has issued multiple notifications , In Tamil Nadu Shops and Establishments (Amendment) Act , 2018 certain substitutions were made under Section 3 (Registration of Shop and establishments) ,In the Tamil Nadu Shops and Establishments (Amendment) Act, 2023 certain Insertions were made after Sec 22A ( 22-B Drinking water, 22-C Latrine and Urinals, 22-D Restroom and Lunch room,22-E First aid).Please refer notification for more details.
